Olivia Birthday Party

My daughter turned 3 over the holiday weekend and to celebrate she wanted an "Olivia the Pig" Birthday Party.  The bottom tier of the cake is a white cake and the top tier chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling.  The cake decorations were made out of gum paste and fondant. 

Cookies are sugar cookies with royal icing.

Sugar Free Graduation Cookies

A request for graduation cookies and Green Bay Packer cookies since the graduate is a huge fan of the Packers.  The cookies are sugar free and the royal icing is sugar free.  It was a challenge getting the royal icing to dry and the only reason I can think of is because of the sugar free powdered sugar.  Anyone that is curious, I used Ideal Sweet sugar free sugar and sugar free powdered sugar (here's the website  http://www.idealsweet.com) .
