Penguin Birthday

Penguin Cake and Cookies

A two tiered white cake with buttercream and then covered in fondant. The penguins are made of fondant and completely edible. I loved making these little penguins.

The monkey cake is a two tiered chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. The monkey and the flowers are made out of fondant. The cookies are I made using a large round cookie cutter and a small round cookie cutter. I used the small round cookie cutter to make the ears and attach to the the face since I didn't have a monkey face cookie cutter.

Dr. Seuss Birthday

Dr. Seuss Cookies and Cupcakes

The cookies are sugar cookies decorated in the Dr. Seuss theme for a 1st birthday. The cupcakes are marble with buttercream icing and I made cupcake toppers for the cupcakes.

Roller Skating Cake and Cakepops

Roller Skating Birthday Party

This cake was so much fun to make. It brought back some good memories of roller skating. The cake is white cake with buttercream and fondant decorations. The roller skate on top of the cake is fondant and everything is edible. The cakepops are brownie with mini fondant roller skates and 10 for the birthday girl's age.

Dirt Car Racing Cake

Start Your Engines......

Birthday Cake for Tim that loves racing. The race car holding the checkered flag is Tim's race car( I tried to make the race car look as close as I could to the one he drives). The cake is a chocolate sheet cake with buttercream. The dirt track is crushed Oreo cookies. The cars, checkered flags, and tires are all edible fondant.

I tried to get a closer view of the car on this picture.

Space Angry Birds

Cake and cupcake request for the Space Angry Birds. Cake and cupcakes were yellow cake with buttercream. The cake was covered in fondant with fondant decorations. The cupcakes were decorated with fondant space birds I created.
