Fushia & Pewter Wedding Cake and Dessert Bar

and finally the last of the cakes, cookies, and desserts......

Congratulations to Andy and Jeanette.  Love the both of you.  Jeanette your looked absolutely stunning.

I had the honor of making their wedding cake, wedding favor cookies, dessert shots, and cake balls.

The cakes bottom tier was white cake, middle tier was chocolate, and the top tier was strawberry.

The dessert shots were pumpkin cheesecake(since it was the first day of fall) and the other was brownie with banana pudding and caramel.

The cake balls flavors were lemon and brownie with cream cheese.

The cookies were mini sugar cookies with royal icing decorated with a monogrammed "T", the wedding date, and double hearts.

75 Dessert Shots

 75 Cake Balls
600 mini cookies, 3 in each bag.

Thank you for including me in your special day.

A Diamond Is Forever...

A surprise party for Becky turning thirty.  The cake theme was "A Diamond Is Forever" because she is a huge fan of Neil Diamond. She's also a music teacher so I incorporated music notes in the top tier.  The cakes bottom tier was strawberry and the top tier was white cake with strawberry filling.  The decorations on the cake was made using fondant and edible diamonds. The fondant ticket on top was when she went to a Neil Diamond Concert in 2008 and I made it out of fondant and edible marker.

1950's Birthday Cookies

Happy "60th" Birthday Ron!

The theme for the cookies was the 50's.  I think I could've made dozens of different cookies for the 50's, such a fun decade.  The cookies for this platter included: mini cookies with checkered floors and 60 on them, records, fuzzy dice, and regular size cookies with a 1957 Bel Air, Jukebox, Diner, Roller Skates, Shoe, Glasses, Shake, Elvis, 1950's Music, Prices in 1952, and of course Happy Birthday to Ron.  I loved the way the Elvis cookies turned out.  I wish I had a Kopykake projector and it would've made it easier, but I like a challenge.  That hopefully will be my next purchase, since I have awful handwriting and the Kopykake projector would come in really handy.

I realized when making these cookies that I say Jukebox wrong.  I say Jutebox, I always thought it was pronounced that way.  How many people out there pronounce "Jukebox" Jutebox?

On to the pictures of the cookies.

Thank You Julie!
